Shipping & Handling

$5.95 on orders up to $20.00

$9.50 on orders $20.01 to $50.00

$12.50 on orders $50.01 to $100.00

$14.95 on orders $100.00 and above

The above rates are approximate estimations of what the actual shipping will be.  We keep our shipping charges as low as possible and will adjust them accordingly plus a $2.00 handling and processing charge.

Shipping surcharges (in addition to our regular charges) will be added to oversized or extra heavy items.

If you would like to be notified of the actual shipping charge in advance we can e-mail the information to you.  This will most likely cause a 1 day delay otherwise all orders are sent out within 2 days of your order being received. 

Please allow extra time if you order during a weekend or a sale.

Sales Tax

Orders sent to NL, NB, NS, ON are subject 13% HST. (Added to subtotal)

Order shipped to MB, SK, ON & within BC are subject to 12% HST (Added to subtotal)

Books are HST exempt.

5% GST only is applied to orders shipped to AB, PQ, PEI, YT, Nunavut & NWT. (Added to subtotal)

International orders or orders sent to remote locations are quoted prior to shipping.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock when you order, it will be sent to you as soon as stock is received.  You will not be charged twice on the same order. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order just return your purchase within 3 months by ground mail.  You can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund, we will also refund your shipping cost.

There is no return on Books or Patterns.
