Shipping within Canada .    Flat rate . $9.99

Shipping to USA .                  Flat rate   $12.00

Shipping International .       Flat rate .  $25.00

The above rates are approximate estimations of what the actual shipping will be.
We keep our shipping charges as low as possible.  Shipping charges are subject to change, especially on international orders.  You will always be notified of any changes before we ship your product.

Heavy or oversized items such as the ironing board will require a separate shipping quote.

There is an extra charge for expedited shipping services.  Please contact us for a quote.

Please allow extra time if you order during a weekend, long weekend or holiday.

Customs

Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  It is out of our control if a package is delayed at customs.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order just return your purchase within
3 months by ground mail.  You can choose to either exchange the product or
receive a complete refund, minus the shipping cost.

All returns must be in original condition and packaging.  All returns must be smoke and stain-free.

There is no return on Books or Patterns.
